Chapter 6
Let’s have a little fun with this lesson! I have talked about some of these events in preceding lessons, but prayerfully I now can put them in an order that will make them relevant. Let me do some SPECULATING about Jesus Christ as the God the Son/Son of Man/The Word in the era BEFORE creation, time, and history BEGAN {cf Genesis Chapter One}! Let us remember that Scripture declares Him as TOTALLY being God the Son and Son of Man, and He is ALWAYS of the SAME unchanging nature and character!!!
John 1:1 IN THE beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. [Isa 9:6.] AMP
John 1:14a And the Word (Christ) became flesh (human, incarnate) and tabernacled (fixed His tent of flesh, lived awhile) among us; [Isa 40:5.] AMP
Hebrews 2:14a Since, therefore, [these His] children share in flesh and blood [in the physical nature of human beings], He [Himself] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature], AMP
Hebrews 2:17a So it is evident that it was essential that He be made like His {human} brethren in every respect, AMP
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages). AMP
Can I scripturally prove my speculation? Are there other possible traits that God the Son/Son of Man/Jesus Christ/the Word had in the era BEFORE creation, time, and history that we must consider? At this period of time {1/21} I have several thoughts and questions about just Who is Jesus Christ? My First Question I have talked about in a previous lesson, “Did Jesus eat physical sustenance grown in ‘Eden the Garden of God’ in the era BEFORE creation, time and history began?” Please note the name of the Garden states it is God’s Garden. Why did it have that name? Was it part of the eternal Kingdom of God in the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began? I believe so!
Ezekiel 28:13a {Near the beginning of creation, time, and history Eden the garden of God was available to Satan. You {Lucifer} were in Eden, the garden of God; AMP
We know there are some 30 Biblical references that Jesus physically ate food during His human life on earth and we also know that He physically ate food with His disciples AFTER His resurrection, and Scripture states there will be a marriage supper of the Lamb for the spiritual Saints in His Kingdom AFTER His Second Coming, so did He have need and access to eat physical food in the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began? Please remember that Jesus is unchanging – He is the SAME always!!!
Mark 2:13-17 [Jesus] went out again along the seashore; and all the multitude kept gathering about Him, and He kept teaching them. 14 And as He was passing by, He saw Levi (Matthew) son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax office, and He said to him, Follow Me! [Be joined to Me as a disciple, side with My party!] And he arose and joined Him as His disciple and sided with His party and accompanied Him. 15 And as Jesus, together with His disciples, sat at table in his [Levi’s] house, many tax collectors and persons [definitely stained] with sin were dining with Him, for there were many who walked the same road (followed) with Him. 16 And the scribes [belonging to the party] of the Pharisees, when they saw that He was eating with [those definitely known to be especially wicked] sinners and tax collectors, said to His disciples, Why does He eat and drink with tax collectors and [notorious] sinners? 17 And when Jesus heard it, He said to them, Those who are strong and well have no need of a physician, but those who are weak and sick; I came not to call the righteous ones to repentance, but sinners (the erring ones and all those not free from sin). AMP
Luke 24:41-43 And while [since] they {His disciples} still could not believe it for sheer joy and marveled {at His resurrection}, He {Jesus} said to them, Have you anything here to eat? 42 They gave Him a piece of broiled fish, 43 And He took [it] and ate [it] before them. AMP
Acts 10:40-41 But God raised Him to life on the third day and caused Him {Jesus Christ} to be manifest (to be plainly seen), 41 Not by all the people but to us {His disciples} who were chosen (designated) beforehand by God as witnesses, who ate and drank with Him after He arose from the dead. AMP
Luke 14:15 When one of those who reclined [at the table] with Him {Jesus} heard this, he said to Him, Blessed (happy, fortunate, and to be envied) is he who shall eat bread in the kingdom of God! AMP
Revelation 19:7-9 Let us rejoice and shout for joy [exulting and triumphant]! Let us celebrate and ascribe to Him glory and honor, for the marriage of the Lamb [at last] has come, and His bride has prepared herself. [Ps 118:24.] 8 She has been permitted to dress in fine (radiant) linen, dazzling and white — for the fine linen is (signifies, represents) the righteousness (the upright, just, and godly living, deeds, and conduct, and right standing with God) of the saints (God’s holy people). 9 Then [the angel] said to me, Write this down: Blessed (happy, to be envied) are those who are summoned (invited, called) to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me [further], These are the true words (the genuine and exact declarations) of God. AMP
So, where is Jesus going to get the food for the “marriage supper of the Lamb” after His Second Coming at the END of the AGE? I pray that you will see that the answer to this question makes my speculation about the Garden as being ETERNAL valid. Just where and how does the “Garden” fit in from before creation, time, and history began to after His Second Coming? I believe “Eden the Garden of God” to be eternal in the era BEFORE creation began. I also believe the “Garden of Eden” to be the SAME eternal entity but under a different name and located at different places during creation and at different times in history. Jesus somehow transports it to where ever He needs it! To support my belief, I believe the Garden was with Jesus most everywhere He went in the beginning of the Book of Genesis.

Genesis 3:8 And they {Adam and Eve} heard the sound of the Lord God {the Son/Son of Man/Jesus Christ} walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. AMP
Let me reiterate. I have speculated on whether the eternal Jesus Christ as God the Son/the Son of Man/The Word had physical sustenance during the era before creation {Genesis Chapter One}. Scripture shares with us that He ate meals numerous times at gatherings during His ministry here on earth, and He ate with His disciples several times after His resurrection, and we will have a marriage supper with the Lamb after His Second Coming. Because He is the SAME yesterday, today, and forever, I believe I can safely assume that He ate food from Eden the Garden of God during the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began {Genesis 1:1-3}.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages). AMP
The Second Question becomes, “What else other than food did Eden the Garden of God provide for Jesus?” I believe Jesus’ home during the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began was in the Third Heaven which contained among other things the eternal “Eden the garden of God” which not only gave Him {the Son of Man} His needed food supply but the green plants of the garden also provided Him with His needed “breath/oxygen” also known as “the breath of life” which He in turn used to make man a living being {or as some translations read having a “soul” which I believe is one’s personality}. Please remember that Jesus Christ is always the SAME – unchanging.
Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God {the eternal Son of Man Jesus Christ as Creator} formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being {several translations – man became a living soul}. NKJV
John 20:22 And having said this, He {Jesus} breathed on them {His disciples} and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit! AMP
Mark 15:37 And Jesus uttered a loud cry, and breathed out His life {He physically died}. AMP
Malachi 3:6a For I am the Lord, I do not change; AMP
The oxygen that is breathed by the many numerous species of beasts, mammals, animals, birds, insects, etc. is produced by green plants. Also many families of fish breathe oxygen contained in water that is produced by blue green algae. I must add that Google claims there is only one known 8 millimeter parasite which does NOT breathe oxygen.
Both sources of oxygen come from a process called photosynthesis. The process of photosynthesis involves light and water, and of course the Garden as a garden had soil because Jesus was walking on it! It is interesting that Jesus as the Creator has available the requirements of food, oxygen, and now water and His Light from BEFORE creation, time, and history began!
John 1:9 There it was — the true Light [was then] coming into the world [the genuine, perfect, steadfast Light] that illumines every person. [Isa 49:6.] AMP
Third Question – “Did Jesus drink water while on earth? Did His physical body contain water?” Fourth Question – “Did Jesus have blood in His physical body while on earth?” Remember Jesus Christ is unchanging!
John 4:10 Jesus answered her, If you had only known and had recognized God’s gift and Who this is that is saying to you, Give Me a drink {of water from the well}, you would have asked Him [instead] and He would have given you living water. AMP
John 19:28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all was now finished (ended), said in fulfillment of the Scripture, I thirst. [Ps 69:21.] AMP
John 19:34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came (flowed) out. AMP
PLEASE pray and meditate on this lesson. To me as we begin to understand more about Jesus, He is Who makes many Scriptures easier to understand as we have the eternal God the Son/the Son of Man/Jesus Christ/The Word as Creator creating man in His own spiritual image AND own physical likeness. Think about this! This is where created man obtains his TWO natures of being spiritual AND physical:
Genesis 1:27So God {the Son/Son of Man/Jesus Christ/The Word} created man in His own image, in the {spiritual} image and {physical} likeness of God {the Son} He {spiritually and physically} created him; male and female He created them. [Col 3:9, 10; James 3:8, 9.] AMP
John 1:3 All things were made and came into existence through Him; {Jesus Christ} and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. AMP
I believe Jesus Christ is the KEY to unlocking BOTH spiritual and physical MYSTERIES as found in the Bible! Jesus as the Word is involved in all aspects of God STARTING with Genesis Chapter One. God the Father was the planner/ architect for His creation during the era BEFORE creation, God the Son/The Word/Jesus Christ was the Creator of creation, and God the Holy Spirit makes all parts of creation function according the Father’s plans and the Son’s creation.
Romans 11:36 For from Him {God the Father} and through Him {God the Son} and to Him {God the Holy Spirit} are all things. [For all things originate with Him and come from Him; all things live through Him, and all things center in and tend to consummate and to end in Him.] To Him be glory forever! Amen (so be it). AMP
1 Corinthians 8:6 Yet for us there is [only] one God, the Father, Who is the Source of all things and for Whom we [have life], and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through and by Whom are all things and through and by Whom we [ourselves exist]. [Mal 2:10.] AMP
There is SOOO much to know about God and most of us do NOT know that much!
John 20:30-31 There are also many other signs and miracles which Jesus performed in the presence of the disciples which are not written in this book. 31 But these are written (recorded) in order that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ (the Anointed One), the Son of God, and that through believing and cleaving to and trusting and relying upon Him you may have life through (in) His name [through Who He is]. [Ps 2:7, 12.] AMP
I started out this Bible Study by stating that I was going to SPECULATE about some things! I am NOT speculating about these ending Scriptures!!! As we know, the cults and too many numerous peoples do NOT accept Jesus Christ as God the Son, nor as their personal Savior, nor do they accept Him as eternal and all of the things that He is and has done! What does Scripture share with us about our understanding of just Who Jesus Christ is and our consequences if we do not? God’s Name is I AM! This is Who Jesus calls Himself numerous times in the Gospels.
John 8:23-24 He {Jesus Christ} said to them {unbelievers}, You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world (of this earthly order); I am not of this world. 24 That is why I told you that you will die in (under the curse of) your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He [Whom I claim to be — if you do not adhere to, trust in, and rely on Me], you will die in your sins. AMP
Exodus 3:14 And God said to Moses {My Name is}, I AM WHO I AM and WHAT I AM, and I WILL BE WHAT I WILL BE; and He said, You shall say this to the Israelites: I AM has sent me to you! AMP
John 3:18 {Jesus speaking} He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation — he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.] AMP
Romans 8:1 THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. [John 3:18.] AMP
I implore you to get right with God whether you think you are saved or not!
