Breath of Life

Natural conception by God the Holy Spirit and IVF replicated conception by human technicians are two separate processes that are DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED!!! Natural conception has God the Holy Spirit orchestrating CONCEPTION ACCORDING TO God’s foreknown and predestined plans written in His Book of Life in the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began, and IVF human engineered replicated conception by human technicians working in the NOW. While BOTH may seemingly produce complete live human offspring, THEY DO NOT!!! BOTH CANNOT BE RIGHT!!!

CHAPTER 5 – Who and what is the “our breath of life, our “spirit of life,” and our “formed spirit” by God the Holy Spirit” ALL imputed at the conception of a naturally conceived human offspring. There is also the “Spirit {capital S} of Life” which refers to God the Holy Spirit’s ministry in helping Christians to live lives that reflect Christ!

Before I go any further, I must explain our “breath of life, our “spirit of life,” and our “spirit” which was formed by God the Holy Spirit” {Zechariah 12:1 at end of following Scriptures} ALL imputed at the conception of a naturally conceived human offspring. The reason for doing this is because some Bible translations seem to JOIN together “breath of life” and “spirit of life” which I believe is NOT true nor correct!  The thought that breath and spirit are the same can lead some people to believe they are, which would give IVF replicated offspring who do have the breath of life to also have a spirit of life which they do NOT possess! They are separate entities which MUST work together to make a naturally conceived human being whole!

Isaiah 42:5 Thus says God the Lord — He Who created the heavens and stretched them forth, He Who spread abroad the earth and that which comes out of it, He {God} Who gives breath to the people on it and {their own} spirit to those who walk in it: AMP

Job 34:14-15 “If He {God} should determine to do so, If He should gather to Himself His {our} spirit {of life} and His breath, 15 All flesh would perish together, And man would return to dust. NASU {Our formed spirit at one’s natural conception returns to God upon our death,}.

Zechariah 12:1b Thus says the Lord, Who stretches out the heavens and lays the foundation of the earth and forms the spirit of man within him {at their conception. Please note man’s formed spirit is of the SAME level of importance as the heavens and earth.}: AMP

Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust [out of which God made man’s body] return to the earth as it was, and the spirit {our spirit formed at our conception} shall return to God Who gave it. AMP

There is also the “Spirit {capital S} of Life” which I believe refers to God the Holy Spirit’s ministry in helping Christians to live lives that reflect Christ!

Romans 8:1-2, 4 THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit.  [John 3:18.] 2 For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death.

4 So that the righteous and just requirement of the Law might be fully met in us who live and move not in the ways of the flesh but in the ways of the Spirit [our lives governed not by the standards and according to the dictates of the flesh{/world}, but controlled by the Holy Spirit]. AMP

John 6:63 {Jesus speaking} It is the Spirit Who gives life [He is the {spiritual} Life-giver]; the flesh conveys no benefit whatever [there is no profit in it]. The words (truths) that I have been speaking to you are spirit and life. AMP

I believe the difference between the “breath/oxygen” that almost all creatures breathe AND the “spirit of life” that God provides for ALL living creatures enables them to have “instinct” and this includes all naturally conceived persons who also have the “Holy Spirit formed spirit” that is imputed to them at their conception. Please remember that God the Holy Spirit is NOT present nor involved in the human orchestrated conception of an IVF replicated human offspring!

In PART 1 Chapter 1, I speculated on whether the eternal Jesus Christ as God the Son/the Son of Man had physical sustenance during the era before creation {Genesis 1:1}. Scripture shares with us that He ate meals numerous times at gatherings during His ministry here on earth, and He ate with His disciples several times after His resurrection. Because He is the SAME yesterday, today, and forever, I believe I can safely assume the He ate food during the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages). AMP

The question now becomes, “Where was the source for His food?” I believe Jesus’ home during the era BEFORE creation, time, and history began was in the Third Heaven which contained among other things “Eden the garden of God” which not only gave Him {Son of Man} His needed food supply but the green plants of the garden also provided Him with His needed “oxygen” also known as “the breath of life” which He in turn used to make man a living being {or as some translations read having a “soul” which I believe is one’s personality}.

Ezekiel 28:13a, d {God speaking to Lucifer} You were in Eden, the garden of God {Eden was/is God’s Garden!}; On the day that you were created they {the precious stones} were prepared.  [Gen 3:14, 15; Isa 14:12-15; Matt 16:23.] AMP

Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God {the eternal Son of Man Jesus Christ as Creator} formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being {several translations – man became a living soul}. NKJV

John 20:22 And having said this, He {Jesus} breathed on them {His disciples} and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit! AMP

Mark 15:37 And Jesus uttered a loud cry, and breathed out His life {died}. AMP

The oxygen that is breathed by the many numerous species of beasts, mammals, animals, birds, insects, etc. is produced by green plants. Also many families of fish  breathe oxygen contained in water that is produced by blue green algae. Both sources of oxygen come from a process called photosynthesis. Apparently, there is only one known 8 millimeter parasite which does NOT breathe oxygen.

Please note that almost all living creatures including IVF replicated offspring have the “breath of life{/oxygen}” as living beings. But because God the Holy Spirit is NOT present at the conception of an IVF replicated offspring, the replicated IVF offspring does NOT have the “spirit of life” to have human “instinct” nor the God formed spirit imputed by the Holy Spirit at the conception of all “naturally conceived humans!”

I believe the “spirit of life” is used by God the Holy Spirit to provide “instinct” in almost all of God’s created creatures including naturally conceived humans! Again, the “breath” is what gives life to ALL flesh! And the God formed spirit in naturally conceived humans is what allows them to spiritually communicate with God!!!

Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God {the eternal Son of Man Jesus Christ as Creator} formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being {several translations – man became a living soul}. NKJV

Ecclesiastes 12:7 {When a person dies} Then shall the dust [out of which God made man’s body] return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall return to God Who gave it. AMP

Job 34:14-15 If [God] should set His heart upon him [man] and withdraw His [life-giving] spirit and His breath [from man] to Himself, 15 All flesh would perish together, and man {and all beasts and all other creatures} would turn again to dust.  [Ps 104:29; Eccl 12:7.] AMP

What is interesting to me is this spirit of life which I believe enables ALL of the above creatures to have something called “instinct” which I define as “an innate {inborn characteristic resulting in a}, typically fixed pattern of behavior in BOTH people and animals in response to certain stimuli.” We know that the many different species of creatures have different patterns of behavior and modes for their lives, and I believe their “stimuli” to be God the Holy Spirit Who orchestrates their reproduction and survival. The “formed spirit” within created man and angels by God the Holy Spirit is able to directly connect him/her/them to either demonic forces {Satan} or to God the Holy Spirit and His Word!

Let me share with you what happened to me {12/20}: I received an email from an electronics firm that I do business with which stated they were charging my bank account $500 for a two year service contract. I immediately reacted without first praying about it to get God’s input. Was I impulsive, impetuous, unthinking, thoughtless, spontaneous, OR was it INSTINCTIVELY that I immediately clicked on the phone number and my computer was instantly scammed to the extent of over $700 of damage to get it back to normal operating condition. I later contacted my bank, and they did NOT have any charges against my account from this firm. God showed me that I am NOT yet at my goal of seeking Him FIRST! A very EXPENSIVE, STUPID and HARD lesson!!! Do NOT be like me!!!

I shared this story with a friend of mine and he shared a very similar story EXCEPT he did NOT click to open the email, but instead he contacted the business which did NOT have any transactions on his account, but he said “I was so close to clicking on the icon.” Now he did NOT first pray about it to get God’s input. Was he impulsive, impetuous, unthinking, thoughtless, spontaneous, OR was it INSTINCTIVELY that he did NOT click on the icon? Think about this because you are NOT too different from us!

There are several Scriptures that share about man and beasts having “instinct” – but please do NOT make instinct something that it isn’t!

Job 38:36 {God revealing His omnipotence to Job} “Who gives intuition {hunches} and instinct {a fixed pattern of behavior in response to certain stimuli to humans}? TLB

Another translation of Job 38:36 which is quite different: Job 38:36 Who has put wisdom in the mind?  Or who has given understanding to the heart? NKJV

{Either God the Holy Spirit and His Word are your stimulus or Satan and the world are providing stimulus in your life!} TLB

Romans 7:15 {Paul talking} For I do not understand my own actions [I am baffled, bewildered]. I do not practice or accomplish what I wish, but I do the very thing that I loathe [which my moral instinct {now versus my old corrupt behavior/instinct as my stimuli for doing these things} condemns]. AMP

2 Peter 2:12 But these [people]! Like unreasoning beasts, mere creatures of instinct, born [only] to be captured and destroyed, railing at things of which they are ignorant, they shall utterly perish in their [own] corruption [in their destroying they shall surely be destroyed], AMP

Jude 10 But these men revile (scoff and sneer at) anything they do not happen to be acquainted with and do not understand; and whatever they do understand physically [that which they know by mere instinct], like irrational beasts — by these they corrupt themselves and are destroyed (perish). AMP

We now must look at the working of our formed spirit by God the Holy Spirit at one’s natural conception with one’s developing a relationship to the spiritual realm whether it be with Satan or God. Depending on your relationship with God, He has either eternal life with Him for you or you will be eternally separated from Him!

Romans 3:23 Since all have sinned and are falling short of the honor and glory which God bestows and receives. AMP

Romans 6:23 For the wages which sin pays is death, but the [bountiful] free gift of God is eternal life through (in union with) Jesus Christ our Lord. AMP

John 3:18 He who believes in Him [who clings to, trusts in, relies on Him] is not judged [he who trusts in Him never comes up for judgment; for him there is no rejection, no condemnation — he incurs no damnation]; but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name.] AMP

I believe there are only two creatures in ALL of God’s creation who can worship God in a direct spiritual way – NO OTHER CREATURES IN CREATION CAN COMMUNE WITH AND WORSHIP GOD EXCEPT angels and naturally conceived man.

John 4:24 God is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (reality). AMP

The more I study God and His Word, the more that God reveals spiritual things. For me to sum up instinct and in particular human instinct, I must put with it several other attributes for our actions – humans are impulsive, impetuous, unthinking, thoughtless, spontaneous to name a few. ALL of these characteristics have the SAME flaw – they do NOT give God His rightful place in our lives! There are numerous verses that share where God is supposed to be in our lives. I believe the most important verses in my life are:

Matthew 6:33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. AMP

Matthew 6:24 No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions, or whatever is trusted in). AMP

Proverbs 16:3 Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and ] so shall your plans be established and succeed. AMP

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me. AMP

It has been some time since this scam happened to me, and I am still beating myself up for my stupidity!!! I have asked God to forgive me and I know He has! But for the last few years ALL I have wanted to do was live my life for God – ALL OF IT!!!

I know that I am not the only one who has struggled with thinking and doing evil and wicked things. My brother Paul lamented on this same problem and thank God  he found and shares the solution:

Romans 7:20-25 Now if I do what I do not desire to do, it is no longer I doing it [it is not myself that acts], but the sin [principle] which dwells within me [fixed and operating in my soul]. 21 So I find it to be a law (rule of action of my being) that when I want to do what is right and good, evil is ever present with me and I am subject to its insistent demands. 22 For I endorse and delight in the Law of God in my inmost self [with my new nature].  [Ps 1:2.] 23 But I discern in my bodily members [in the sensitive appetites and wills of the flesh] a different law (rule of action) at war against the law of my mind (my reason) and making me a prisoner to the law of sin that dwells in my bodily organs [in the sensitive appetites and wills of the flesh].

24 O unhappy and pitiable and wretched man that I am! Who will release and deliver me from [the shackles of] this body of death? 25 O thank God! [He will!] through Jesus Christ (the Anointed One) our Lord! So then indeed I, of myself with the mind and heart, serve the Law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin. AMP

In the next chapter, let’s study some scriptures that paint a damning IVF picture that is diametrically different from the natural process of human reproduction. Do you think that God would allow created man to usurp Him in His work/ministry? I strongly believe not!!! 

Chapter 6 – Damng Prophetic Scriptures – James 2:26, Revelation 17:8, and Revelation 13:8 Reveal the Lack of God’s Knowledge and Participation in IVF Conception.

How do we get from scripture being God’s Word to a prophecy of God? As I read the commentaries for the above verses, it becomes very apparent to me that the early theologians did not envision man ever replicating and reproducing “human kind babies.” But if one views these verses as prophetic, they become real in 1978 with the producing by man of the first In Vitro Fertilization {IVF/test tube} human baby girl – Louise Brown. This certainly was a monumental feat of man’s use of technology to produce a supposedly complete living human offspring as the IVF supporters trumpeted. But the truth is that the IVF human technology success was actually the denying and thwarting of God’s ministry and work in the centuries from Eve that God gave life to over 108 billion humans in His image and likeness – it is called “blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.” And those committing this sin will never have forgiveness of their sin(s)! Do you think that God would give up this ministry/work in His procreation of man? I think NOT!!!

Mark 3:28-29 Truly and solemnly I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever abusive and blasphemous things they utter; 29 But whoever speaks abusively against or maliciously misrepresents the Holy Spirit can never get forgiveness, but is guilty of and is in the grasp of an everlasting trespass {eternal sin}.
